I was born and grew up in Zimbabwe and attended school and University in Ireland. My background spans the disciplines of drawing, painting, filmmaking, and design. I have a BA in English and Philosophy and an MA in Film from University College Dublin, including a semester at NYU, Tisch School of the Arts in New York. I also completed a commercial art and animation course in Dublin with a focus on life drawing. I have been drawing and painting the figure ever since, and sell my work online, through the gallery and through commissions. Currently I live in South Africa where I teach figure drawing, and have had the opportunity to study with well-known South African artists Andries Gouws and Diane Victor.
